Reflection on the song
The world is your s, by former Rap artist Nas, is an amazing song. This song talks about how the world is a sad,violent and a alone world. The messege in this song is that the reason why the world is so violent and wrong is because we as society made it that way. We can’t keep complaining that the world is cold. If we want positive change, we need to take a risk and take charge of our own actions. If we have positive change then we can move on to bigger and better things. We also need to keep in mind that you are going to die alone, therefore we can’t keep blaming others for our own actions. In the end, God is the one who is going to judge you. I like how he constantly remines us that the world is ours and that you can change. There is no such thing as not being able to change, because God is always wacthing you and he will give you the strength to move on no matter how hard or what kind of situation you overcome.
