Original-I can recount three separate occasions in which I wanted to present for different radio stations. Each time I felt the fear of the perceived piece of string. Each time, I reminded myself of the rules of the hamster thinking, and opted to step over the string, walk through the front door of the station, and try. And each time, to my surprise, I got to see the person I needed to see and ended up presenting on that station.

Paraphrased- I am remembering back the three distinct happenings when I hope to present for various radio stations. I tried to overcome Hamster thinking and stepped on the perceived string and, march to anterior of the door of station. Surprisingly, I could meet all the people and got the present.

Literal Paraphrase Assignment

Original paragraph “All in your mind” by Douglas Kruger:

I’ve experienced this phenomenon many times myself, in the course of initiating big projects. It’s all too easy to waver emotionally in front of a perceived piece of string. It’s easy to make up reasons why it won’t work. And yet, on the occasions when we take the risk, we often surprise ourselves with remarkable results.

Literal Paraphrase:

I’ve marveled at this occurrence frequently, during the start of big plans. It’s easy to falter expressively in front of an apparent obstacle. It’s simple to excuse yourself from the challenge. But, when we do make the attempt, frequently we shock ourselves with outstanding outcomes.

Original
In my keynote address' Escape the Hamster Wheel' I carry out an experiment. It tells me a great deal about the way people think and it works like this: A member of the audience joins me on stage. Without giving any instructions, I place a piece of string in front of their feet and a tennis ball in their hand. I walk to the far side of the stage and place a bowl on the ground. Then I issue my instructions." Your mission is to get the ball in the bowl. Three...two...one...GO!"

Paraphrase –
‘Escape the Hamster Wheel’ statement I came up with a trial. It gives me a lot of information about how an individual person thinks and their techniques based on it. It goes like this. A group of viewers joins me on theatre. Without telling them any directions, I put a part of thread in front of their legs and a ball in their hand. I go to the other side of the theatre and set a bowl on the ground. Then I tell my directions: your task is to obtain the ball and put inside the bowl.

Paraphrased:

Apprehending this often repeated circumstance in the process of beginning a large job. It is not difficult to vacillate emotions facing obstacles. It's not hard to create analytic thoughts of why the energy of achieving a task will be unsuccessful. However, when we subdue the possibilities of suffering from failure, the unexpected outcome is extraordinary.

When starting new projects, I’ve experienced the phenomenon more than once myself. It’s not hard to become weak in front of a problem you made up your mind. It’s simple to give reasons why it will fail, but we often pleasantly surprised on special times when we are brave.

Everything is in your head
I’ve practiced this actuality multiple of occasions personally, in the process of starting great activities. It is very simple to hesitate deeply inside, when you feel like there is some kind of unwritten rules. It is simple to create analysis why it is so hard. But on the same time, when we take a chance we actually impress ourselves with wonderful effects.

Original: “Don’t waste time thinking about how everyone else does it. Instead, think ‘end results’. You’ll be surprised how this little Copernican revolution jump-starts the creative part of your brain. Crystallise the goal and your creative mind can find the means. And the chances are that the means will not be conventional, because the results of convention are almost as average.”(Grand entrance,Kruger)

Literal paraphrase: Don't follow what other individuals do or how others think it. It's better to think what the outcome will be. At the end you will be glad of how the thinking part of your brain functions. Think of the clear way your goal and mind lead to. Taking a chance to see how the result outcome is useful although sometimes the answer is average.
